By accessing or using VERA TrueView (accessible at vivapreception.vercel.app), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy.

2. Nature of the Service & Optical Simulation

VERA TrueView is a client-side digital optical simulator developed to visualize perspective transformations, un-mirrored perception, and barrel distortion corrections (24mm, 35mm, 50mm, 85mm, 105mm). The service is provided for personal, educational, ergonomic, and aesthetic purposes.

While our mathematical algorithms emulate real photographic portrait telephoto lenses, results may vary depending on physical camera hardware, sensor focal distance, user positioning, and lighting conditions.

3. User Responsibilities & Permitted Use

You agree to use VERA TrueView only for lawful purposes. You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the proprietary WebGL GLSL shader algorithms for commercial exploitation without prior written consent.
• Use the app to deceive, harass, or impersonate other individuals.
• Circumvent any browser security permissions or site controls.

4. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, proprietary shader code, UI designs, brand assets, and custom graphics associated with VERA TrueView and Viva Perception are the exclusive intellectual property of Viva Perception Labs. All rights reserved.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

The service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. Viva Perception Labs does not guarantee uninterrupted, bug-free, or hardware-agnostic operation on every legacy browser or unsupported graphics chipset.
